County College of Morris requests submission to the Purchasing Office of the County College of Morris, Room 102, Henderson Hall, 214 Center Grove, Randolph, New Jersey 07869-2086 on or before 2:00PM on April 25, 2024 of proposals for the following:

Online Tutoring Services

Proposals must be responsive and conform to the requirements and terms set forth in

A copy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained free of charge on the CCM Website (www.ccm.edu). To request a copy of the RFP, return to the previous page, click on the appropriate line item under the column heading -Request Proposal- and complete the RFP Request Form. Any questions may be listed in the comments-questions box at the bottom on this page. Please click –submit- to forward your RFP request to the Purchasing Office. Responses will be emailed within two business days.

No RFP’s will be accepted by e-mail or facsimile transmission. At the time and date listed above at the College Purchasing Office, all proposals will be publicly opened and read.

As detailed in the Request for Proposals, all contractors are required to comply with the Affirmative Action requirements of P.L. 975, C.127. (NJAC 17:27), Affirmative Action and P.L. 1999, Chapter 238, which requires disclosure of stockholder(s) and partnership name(s), and P.L. 2004, c57 New Jersey Business Registration requirements.

This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4. The Request for Proposals sets forth the criteria to be used by the College in making the contract award.
